PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION FEE

When you complete and submit application form, the offer will be sent to your e-mail address.
Payment should be made within 7 days of receipt of the offer.
In case of cancellation of your attendance, please send an email or call the following number: +385 1 6065 275.

Depending on the date of cancellation, we will carry out the return of confirmed fee

  • until 31 January 2020 - cancellation is free of charge
  • until 21 February 2020 - cancellation is made at 50% of the fee of the registration fee
  • from February 22, 2020 - cannot cancel confirmed fees

    Prices are valid for reservations confirmed no later than 07.09.2020. After the specified date, reservation of accommodation is possible subject to availability. Conference prices are valid for earlier arrivals and exclusively in the period 20.09.-24.09.2020. and in accordance with the availability of accommodation facilities.     NOTE: To obtain the right to cheaper accommodation prices, you must make a reservation directly through the reservation center and the completed reservation list, stating that you are a 'Participant in the HR Days Conference 2020'.

    The rate includes

    ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION TERMS:

    • For cancellation until 06.09.2020. there is no cancellation fee
    • To cancel the reservation from 07.09.2020. to 09/13/2020 1 night per person is charged in the booked type of accommodation
    • For cancellation of the entire reservation or partial (shorter stays) from 14.09.2020. further, 100% of the amount is charged, ie the amount paid is not refunded
    • For no show, early departure or late arrival we keep the entire amount of the reservation
    • Reservations confirmed and paid for conference dates in March 2020 can be canceled until 06.09.2020. free of charge. Advances paid will not be refunded but will be allowed to be used for another stay until 31.12.2021.
